BUILDING THE NEXT GENERATION OF PLAYERS

PREDATORS LACROSSE based in Westchester, New York is an elite lacrosse program training the next generation of players while helping them to discover and enjoy the game. The entire Predators Staff is incredibly grateful for the memories and opportunities lacrosse has provided, so they founded the Predators to emphasize player development, life lessons, and a love for the sport. Our founders work hard and relish the opportunity to coach and develop our players. While growing up in Yorktown, the Predators Staff was blessed with great coaching and have passionately replicated that model for their program.

Predators started and continues to be a passion project for our directors. Unlike many programs which are designed to maximize profits, we emphasize player development, life lessons, and a love for the game that’s directly reflected in player experience.

COLLEGE COMMITMENTS

The coaching staff uses their extensive contacts in the college coaching community to help each and every Predator find the best possible home. Our strategic alliances with the top showcase and tournament directors helps us position our players and maximize their opportunities.

Our program is not for everyone. It’s not for the faint of heart or the quick to quit. It’s not only our mission to improve the skills and game sense of every player, but we want to teach young men and women how to compete and achieve success at every turn.

TEAM MINDSET

The Predators success begins with fostering a fun “team” atmosphere. Time and again, our experiences have proven that a successful program acts as a catalyst for individual recognition.` Teams win together and (ideally seldom) lose together. Being a part of a team bulds adaptability in players.

TOUGH COACHING

Our most powerful endorsements come from the current and former Predators who have seen first-hand how unique our program is. Predators coaches are hand-picked to meet the founder’s high standards. Each coach must be involved in coaching outside of the program as a means to sharpen their coaching skills year round. Our coaches are effective communicators and passionate motivators that were successful players in their own right.

PLAYER DEVELOPMENT

The coaching staff prides itself on being the preeminent teachers of the game in the club lacrosse world. Our coaches train players to play with an edge while conducting themselves in a polished manner away from the game. Each and every player will improve their skills, game sense, and mental toughness thanks to the rigorous Predators curriculum.
