Eric grew up in Mamaroneck and went to Mamaroneck High School where he finished his high school career with 214 points. Eric was All League and All Section his Sophomore, Junior, and Senior years. Eric was awarded All American honors his Senior Year and was a 2016 MSG Varsity Hudson Valley first team honoree. Following Eric’s high school career, he went on to play Division 1 Lacrosse for Lehigh University. Eric created his own lacrosse training company called E-LAX Training where he has been developing players of all ages and skill levels for 8 years. During this time, he has worked with over a 1,000 kids in the Southern Westchester area. Eric is highly involved with LMYL, Larchmont and Mamaroneck Youth Lacrosse Program where he coaches 2 teams.

MIKE MCCALL
PROGRAM DIRECTOR & RECRUITING DIRECTOR

Mike McCall founded Predators Lacrosse in 2010 after having been involved with Westchester lacrosse for 20+ years. Originally from Yorktown, NY, Mike graduated from Yorktown High School in 2001 where he was an All-American attackman on the #2 ranked high school team in the country his senior year. Mike was a member of four Section 1 championship teams and finished his career #5 all-time in points and #4 all-time in assists at Yorktown. Additionally, Mike was a starting attackman of the 2000 Hudson Valley team that took Silver in the Empire State Games. He accepted a scholarship to the University of North Carolina where he was a four year starter and captain his senior year. While at UNC, Mike was #2 on the team in points for four consecutive years and led the team in goals his senior year. Upon graduation in 2005, Mike ranked #6 all-time in goals in the programs history. Mike has been coaching club lacrosse in Westchester since 2006. Prior to founding the Predators, Mike was involved with the No Limit Ballers where he coached some of Westchester’s top All-Americans and best players, where he helped guide them from youth lacrosse through the college recruiting process. In addition to club lacrosse, Mike was a volunteer coach in the Rye Youth Lacrosse program for over 10 seasons and the Bronxville Youth Lacrosse program for 6 seasons. Previously, Mike was also a member of the New York Athletic Club (NYAC) from 2006 to 2013 where he helped guide the team to 5 All-American Club Lacrosse championships in 8 years as a starting attackman. Currently, Mike is responsible for overseeing general affairs, coaching and spearheading the college recruiting process for the program. Outside of lacrosse, Mike works at CBRE as a commercial real estate consultant and lives in Bronxville with his wife, Cristina, and their three children.

PROGRAM DIRECTOR & RECRUITING DIRECTOR

Tom lnterlicchio graduated from Yorktown High School in 2006. He was a member of Yorktown’s prominent Men’s varsity lacrosse team from 2004-06. He was a 3 year midfielder where he earned All-section honors twice and was a 2006 All American. Tom also served as team captain and was awarded Yorktown’s most outstanding athlete in 2006. He was also a two-time member of the Hudson Valley Empire team where he served as team captain in 2005. After High School, Tom accepted a scholarship to Hofstra University in 2006. At Hofstra, Tom started at midfield on both offense and defense. He led the Dutchmen to a #3 ranking in the country in 2007 and a Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) Championship. Tom was named to the CAA all-rookie team in 2007 and Hofstra would go on to reach the NCAA tournament three straight years. In 201 0, Tom served as team Captain and led the Dutchmen to an undefeated record at home and a #6 National ranking. After graduation, Tom continued his lacrosse career playing for the New York Athletic Club. Tom has a wealth management practice at Morgan Stanley in Purchase, NY and resides in Tarrytown, NY with his wife, Elizabeth.

Paul Santavicca, born and raised in Yorktown Heights , NY, has been around the sport of lacrosse since he was in the second grade. Paul was a two-sport athlete at Yorktown High School excelling in both football and lacrosse. As a football player, Paul was a three-time all-section player while earning the Golden Dozen Award and a spot on the Scholar All State Football Team his senior year. He played on the varsity lacrosse team for four years and was a key contributor for Yorktown’s last state championship team as a sophomore in 2003. Paul started as a two-way midfielder while taking the majority of the faceoffs for his final three years in high school. He was a two-time captain and an All-American by the time he graduated in 2005. Paul attended Marist College on a full scholarship with fellow Predator coach Ryan Penner. He was a four year starter playing in every game of his college career and was a captain his senior year. Upon graduation in 2009, Paul returned to Marist as a graduate assistant coach for two years while earning his masters in Educational Psychology. Following his tenure at Marist, Paul accepted a teaching position as a math teacher at Port Chester Middle School. He has coached for the Larchmont Mamaroneck Youth League for the past two spring seasons. Paul has also coached for a handful of teams in the Westchester area during his summers .

CAMP DIRECTOR

Mike Solazzo, born and raised in Yorktown Heights , NY, has been coaching at the Varsity and Select Level for over 15 years. Mike was a two-sport athlete at Yorktown High School excelling in both wrestling and lacrosse. Mike was a 4 year starter on the Varsity Wrestling Team where he was selected 2x All-League and All-County HM. As for lacrosse, Mike has been around the sport since he could walk. Mike helped win 3 Section Championships while at Yorktown securing All-Section Honors his senior year and breaking Paul Carcaterra’s record of Goal to Assist differential. Mike went on to play collegiate lacrosse at the University at Albany. Mike had a tremendous career while at Albany. He was a 4 year starter and led the team in goals freshman through junior year. He was 2x all American East selection and a 6x all America East player of the week. Mike was Senior captain and finished up with over 100 points. His Albany teams won 3 America east championships and helped Albany make 2 NCAA tournament appearances. One being the first time in division one history. Mike now is a Special Education Teacher at Pelham High School. Mike guided the Pelham Varsity Lacrosse team for 12 years and was the Section One Class B Coach of the Year in 2012. Mike now lives in Yorktown with his wife and two daughters. It is a known fact that his kids are two cutest kids ever created.

GARY RANIOLO

Born and raised in Yorktown, NY, Gary Raniolo was a 4-year member of Yorktown High School’s varsity lacrosse team from 2002-2005. Gary was a 2-way midfielder for the Huskers where he was a member of the 2003 New York State Championship team, and 4 Section 1 Championship teams. Over his 4-year career at Yorktown, Gary was a 2 time All-Section midfielder who also excelled in the face-off circle. He was a member of the 2004 Hudson Valley Empire State team and was named team captain there. Upon graduating from Yorktown High School in 2005, Gary accepted a lacrosse scholarship from Fairfield University where he was a 4-year starting midfielder for the Stags. In 2009, Gary was elected team captain for his senior season. During his time at Fairfield, he was named to Fairfield’s Championship Club and he received the Unsung Hero Award in 2008. Gary is currently a board member of The Fairfield Founders Award committee. Following his collegiate playing days, Gary went on to business school at Fairfield where he served as Graduated Assistant under Andrew Copelan for 2-years. Gary is actively involved in the Westchester lacrosse community and he has been coaching club lacrosse with No Limit since 2006. Most recently, Gary has been a coach for the Rye Youth Lacrosse program. Gary was a All-Section midfielder for the Yorktown Huskers from 2003-2005. The two-way midfielder help lead the Huskers to 3 straight section titles and a prominent national ranking. Gary was a two sport athlete, excelling on the lacrosse and football field. Leading the team with his dominant ground ball ability and strong dodging was a key factor to Yorktown’s success.Gary would go on to accept a scholarship offer to Fairfield University where excelled for 4 years. In his senior year, Gary was nominated Team Captain and help guided the Stags to an impressive finish. Following graduating Fairfield with a Finance degree, Gary stayed active in Youth lacrosse coaching. He has participated in numerous youth tournaments while guiding high school athletes to Division One programs. Gary currently works in finance in New York City.

CHARLIE CIPRIANO

CHARLIE CIPRIANO
Goalie Director

Charlie grew up in Long Island, and attended Herricks High School where he was a four year varsity starter. During his time at Herricks, Charlie was a 4x All-County Selection, and in 2008 was named a 2nd Team All American as well as the Nassau County Goalie of the Year. Over the course of 4 years, Charlie finished with 1,366 career saves which is also the All-Time National High School record. He served as his teams Captain during his Junior and Senior seasons as well as earning Herricks’ Most Outstanding Athlete in 2008. After high school, Charlie went on to play at Fairfield University where he helped the team crack a top 20 national ranking and served as a captain during his senior season. As a three year starter, Charlie earned All-American (2012), ECAC Goalie of the Year (2011, 2012), and Scholar All-American (2012) honors. In the 2012 MLL Draft he was selected by the Denver Outlaws. After three seasons and one MLL championship with the Denver Outaws he finished the 2015 season with his second Championship while playing for the New York Lizards. This past season he was the starting goalie for the Charlotte Hounds and led them to their second ever playoff appearance. He currently serves as a Guidance Counselor and lacrosse coach at Fordham Preparatory High School.

Playing for the Predators over the course of my childhood has impacted me in ways unimaginable. It was an amazing combination of discipline and enjoyment which propelled my lacrosse career forward. I am beyond grateful for all of the relationships and memories I have fostered as a Pred.

Predators helped me significantly become a better lacrosse player and person. The coaches taught me the importance of hard work and dedication to the game. Predators gave me the opportunity to play with other D1 players which helped me develop my game and become a better player.
