PREDATORS LACROSSE BOX LACROSSE

2029's-2034's

As everyone has seen both on a national and collegiate level, players with a box lacrosse background have a clear advantage over field lacrosse players who have never played indoors. Box lacrosse forces players to: Make quick decisions under pressure. Shoot and pass more accurately. Improve footwork and overall speed.

We will be fielding the following box lacrosse teams:
2029, 2030, 2031/32, 2033/34

JOE PORCELLI

COACH

Joe graduated from Yorktown High School in 2010 and is a two time section 1 champion and All-Section player. After high school Joe played for Wesleyan University and competed in the NESCAC division. Joe has coached at the varsity and youth levels and has been with Predators since 2017.

2034AA Curriculum

· Fall, spring, and summer practices are held at SUNY Purchase.
· 2 paid coaches per team
· 50 Preds events throughout the year with the option to purchase an additional 24 winter sessions.

Fall
· 7 Sunday morning team practices with faceoff training through the Faceoff Factory
· 14 weekday skills training sessions (field players & goalies)
· 2 tournaments

Winter (A LA CARTE OPTION)
· 24 skills training/workout sessions at Velocity Sports at 5 Browns Lane in Hawthorne, NY

Spring
· 7 player development skills training sessions

Summer
· 15-20 weekday team practices
· 6 goalie & faceoff training sessions
· 4 tournaments
